Telepromptia Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Telepromptia you agree to these terms and to the Apple Standard EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Telepromptia is
Telepromptia is a teleprompter and video recording app for iPhone and iPad. It stores your scripts and recordings on your device. There is no account and no server.
3. Your content and responsibility
- You keep all rights in your scripts and recordings. We do not access, claim or license them.
- You are responsible for what you record and publish, and must have the right to use the scripts and material you read.
- Recordings depend on your device, storage and conditions. Keep your own backups of anything important. Deleting the app or using "Delete all data" permanently removes your scripts and recordings from the device.
4. Free plan and Pro
- The free plan includes a limited number of saved scripts, standard scrolling, basic text positioning, recording sessions of up to three minutes, manual retakes and clean video export with no watermark.
- Pro adds features such as unlimited scripts, longer sessions, voice-following scroll, sentence retakes, automatic assembly, captions and advanced presets. Features may change in future versions.
- Your existing scripts and recordings are never locked or deleted if Pro ends. You can always view, export and share what you already created.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are made with your Apple ID and are governed by Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you manage and cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for Pro on your Apple account for as long as the app is offered.
6. Acceptable use
You will not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code except as permitted by law, use the app for unlawful content or in a way that infringes others' rights, or interfere with its operation.
7. Honest limits
Telepromptia positions text near the camera to help you read naturally; it does not guarantee eye contact. Voice following depends on on-device speech recognition and may be unavailable or inaccurate for some languages, accents or noisy conditions. Automatic assembly joins your takes into a valid video, but visual continuity at cuts depends on your lighting, position and camera, and may need manual trimming.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its name, logo and design belong to Pavel Larionov.
9. Disclaimer of warranty
To the extent permitted by law, Telepromptia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error free or that data will never be lost, for example through device failure, low storage or interrupted recordings.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may stop offering the app. These terms end when you delete the app; sections that by nature survive continue.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change and material changes will be noted in the release notes.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the publisher's country of residence, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
