Does Telepromptia need an account?

No. There is no account and no login.

Where are my scripts and videos stored?

Only on your device. There is no server and no cloud storage, so keep your own backups of anything important.

Is the teleprompter text recorded in my video?

No. The text is a separate layer on screen. Your recording contains only the camera and microphone.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Recording, scripts and editing work offline. Purchases need the App Store.

Does voice-following scroll send my voice anywhere?

No. It runs only when speech recognition is available on your device for your language, and it never switches to server-based recognition.

Can I fix a mistake without recording everything again?

Yes, with MagicRetake you re-record just that sentence. Cuts are synchronised, though they may not be invisible; you can trim them by hand.

Does the free version add a watermark?

No. Exports are clean on every plan.

What happens to my recordings if I stop paying?

They stay, and you can still export them.
